E-Plan is an online service, telephone conversations are not available. All emails received are notified directly to the design team and are actioned within a maximum of two working days under all normal circumstances.

Submission of an order to E-Plan is an automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions.

All plans supplied by E-Plan must be fully checked by the customer for accuracy and detail as no responsibility can be accepted for any resulting issues.

In the unlikely event of an obvious error in the design provided, E-Plan must be notified by return and the design will be corrected as a matter of priority.

Payment is required at the time of ordering. Refunds are not available.

Delivery dates will always be given maximum priority but cannot be absolutely guaranteed and are not the essence of the contract.

Privacy and data protection are of prime importance. Information held on this web site will only be used in connection with the delivery of the planning service requested.

No information provided will be shared with any third parties.

E-Plan is operated in the UK by Saracraft Ltd and English Law is applicable in the unlikely event of a dispute.
